Duties and Taxes
Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and may be levied by the shipper or other parties during the delivery process. We cannot legally declare an item as a ‘gift’ to help you evade customs.
We are delighted to be able to ship our products worldwide. If a parcel is returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping charge, the return shipping charge, and a 15% restocking fee.
Processing and Transit Time
Typically orders are shipped within 72 hours (3 working days) from receipt.
- USA transit time is 3 – 5 days via USPS First Class Mail.
- Canada transit time is 1 – 2 weeks via USPS First Class Mail International.
- International transit time is 2 – 6 weeks via USPS First Class Mail International.
Occasionally an item may be temporarily out-of-stock at the time you order. Generally, backorder items will ship within 30 days. If you need to know a more exact waiting time, please contact us for details.
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items on your order.
Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details, which you can then use on our Track Order page to find out exactly where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. You can also find your tracking number on the My Account page.
Create An Account
Creating an account with us is simple. Just go to My Account, enter your name and email address, and create a password. You can also use Facebook log-in for quick and easy registration.
If you can’t remember your account password, just click on the “Lost your password?” link on the My Account page, and we’ll send you an email for you to reset it.
Cancel and Return Policy
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please Contact Us and include the following information in your email. However, if order has been shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel order.
• Reason: Please let us know why you wish to cancel or return your order.
• Contact: Customer Name, Order Number, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Phone Number.
• Replacement: Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to an order of another item. We will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment through Paypal. All payments are verified by a secure code for extra piece of mind. Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.
